Latin America is online, transparency is reaching all corners; you sent me a message via Twitter and when I reply, about 25+ of my Twitter friends and family in Colombia will see it, it will go to my Facebook Status and more of my family will see it, including my cousins who are almost done with college. I see hope as the new generation is learning from our mistakes. But I wish there was a way to speed up the process.
